KYB Plans, LLC provides custom business plans and business action plans for small companies, non-profit organizations and major corporations.
KYB Plans is owned an operated by Christina Stevenson, who started writing business plans in 2010 as a freelance writer for non-profit organizations and grant funding companies. As an independent contractor, she completed contracts for all types of industries. KYB Plans specializes in 3-year and 5-year business plans that summarizes a company and outlines it's goals.
Ms. Stevenson is a native of Western Massachusetts, however, she has resided in Nevada and South Carolina. She has a Bachelors of Arts in ABA-Approved Paralegal program.
She has worked several decades as a Paralegal, Executive Assistant and Business Plan Writer / Consultant in many different industries. Ms. Stevenson initially started as an independent contractor, but after returning to her hometown, she established KYB Plans. After meeting several business owners who were unfamiliar with business basics, such as licensing, permits, insurance, federal regulations, taxes, legal entities, etc., she decided to start an at-home business to assist local companies.
Her client's confidentiality and progress are her main concerns. She wants to provide them a list of milestone goals to reach so that the business plan is not just a document, but actionable tasks to help companies create a strong foundation, as well as find funding to grow. In some cases, KYB Plans will review your plan and current goals to see where you can pivot in order to expand or scale your business.
Know Your Business considers each company as unique and treats them as an individual, not cookie-cutter plans where a name is simply changed and the exact information is provided for each document. Even a company that is in the same industry requires customization. No two businesses are the same and they should be treated as special as the owners that have invested their time, money and knowledge to make them succeed.
